How long is three months notice

Hi,

I have a three month notice period on my contract but just wondering what that actually equates to. I am looking to find out when I would finish - three months from yesterday.
Is it in 12 weeks time or three calender months?

Calendar months.

If you handed in your notice today, your last day at work would be 21st September.

the term month can often realte to payment periods, so if you get paid calendar monthly then it is 3 calendar months, if you get paid 4 weekly (lunar months) then that would mean 12 weeks.

At least that is how I always read it when giving notice etc.

Three months is three months. That said why not sit down with your manager and agree a leaving date. That way there can be no confusion. Everyone is happy.

days are getting longer as planet slows down in rotational velocity due to destruction of the inert cavity structure dynammic caused by biological life and as such global warming is absolutely happening - inert cavity structure dynammic = speheroidal patternation in liquid solid or gas where spheroidal patternation is liquid solid or gas and varying in size. In nature you only get vortex where there is ICSD (inert cavity structure dynammic).

In regards to the ice caps there is a photonic vortex at the north and south pole in the ice - photons have mass and that is what creates planteray rotational velocity. Evidence - reduce the ice caps and boom you should see in my theory is correct a reduction in rotational velocity of the planet and under global warming - this is an absolute ie every planet decelerating in rotational velocity will be undergoing and showing global warming - planetary rotational velocity below a certain point means that planet is dead and cant sustain life.

What you call evolution is actually acceleration - if your not accelerating your dying - evolution = extinction -
Vortex is the symbolic of infinite potential acceleration - vortex only things that create movement in super cosmos....!

No vortex no super cosmos - vortex used by nature to move energy from one place to to another - more energy in the super cosmos than it needs so has to move it - anything that moves (inc you moving your finger) energy comes from vortex and as such from ICSD (inert cavity structure dynammic).

Einstein was correct in regards to nothing being able to be accelerated to the speed of light OR BEYOND THEREFORE but only in third dimension of reality - he never accelerated through a vortex. Universe couldn't exist if it didn't super accelerate BEYOND the speed of light.

SAP's (super accelerated photons) are being reduced by global warming - photons have mass therefore the reduction of SAP's = greater asteroid and meteorite strike rate on planets (less deflection of dangerous incoming asteroid and meteorite trajectories) under global warming.

Dont and couldn't live in the third dimension of reality live in fourth or you would be already dead - vortex is shape pattern and form of the fourth dimension of reality - only recognise the dimension below from the one above - fourth contains the third the second and the first (inifinte potential number of dimension but cant get past the fifth (can only travel through it)

Everything in the fourth dimension is dualistic - tornado is both water droplets AND gas - black hole is heat and space - space gets thicker as it gets hotter that is why the sun doesnt move around the planets.
Any organism that can travel beyond the speed of light has to communicate beyond the speed of light and as such must have technology that can ascertain that whioch does. only photons are super accelerated (have mass so we can also do it ) - can store information on photons and super accelerate them back to home planet if you have technology to do so - this means that you must be able to decelrate them and unravel info - super accelerated photonic telescope - in a super cosmic sense ie planets where an icsd (ice with gas bubbles ICSD - any ice any gas bubbles akin to ICSD) super accelerates photons dependant on size and make up of the planet, the saps would always be travelling the same velocity. They dont need to come here to understand that we are increasing in number as our SAP's reduce in number they know we are affecting our environ by 'developing' and increasing in number - if aliens created us as food they know by the REDUCTION in super accelerated photons that we are increasing in number - global warming is the dinner bell humanity the food stuff (look at it another way the interent is their movie and we are the popcorn well maybe our toes.)
No vortex outside great unniverses (fifth dimension of reality) NO MORE ACCELERATION - hell is cold beyond your imagination in cold.

12 weeks = 3 months depending on the accuracy of your watch - mine solar powered and never loses a second... he he he.

What is gravity i hear you ask - gravity = where has that photon gone (of newtonian physics hinking about super accelerated photons) anti gravity = ah there it is (deceleration of SAP's)



Can apply ICSD to almost anything and life benefits - old life forms use it like corals - solid spheroidal eggs in water fluid = inert cavity structure dynammic but opposite effect to gas bubbles fluid in ice solid an as such deceleration of SAP's and as such anti gravity - why ? So eggs travel a further distance in water to land on open seabed better chance of survival.

Aliens sneaky the look round with super accelerated photonic telescopes and pick up phtons travelling say five times speed of light say same as earths and they say - water based planet etc etc. Could be at home on their own planet 1000 light years away - any civilisation that can travel beyond the speed of light would need agricultural planets to sustain their civilisation.

Its how I would do it ... as such not primitive - may not be able to eat me due to universal morality.
