How do you sign a cheque in a Limited Company?

I remember it from; Garrett Suttons Rich Dad books. I forgot it now.

It is just to follow the rules of the company and is protected by it. Thanks.

When the account is opened there is at least one person who is authorised by the company to sign cheques. They sign an authority with for the bank.
