How do I open a SWF file?

Got a flash banner and its swf format, can't open it, is there some sort of free program I can download to open it up?

Hi, downloaded it and it stil says this file doe snot have a progrma associated with it. It's a Shockwave Flash Banner will that make a difference?

Im surprised you cant open it.

you should go to macromedia.com to download the free flash player.

Like already said though, you will only be able to play the file, you wont be able to change anything unless you have the original flash document (red logo) and also Macromedia flash installed.

If you right click should get the option to "open this file with"..select the flash programme from drop down list (cross fingers)

It still won't work, perhaps its a fault from designer have emailed ihm to say it's failing miserably!

Tried the drag and drop, also made sure at the download site that flash and shockwave are working and both showed the image so can't see what could be wrong bar the actual file. Is there anyone I can email it to who can check it?

I *need* that fluffy pink iPod cover!!

Ask them to get rid of the apostrophe after 1000 in your banner so that it reads "1000s of iPod additions" (it currently says 1000's).

Sorry, it's my apostrophe OCD rearing its head again ;-)

Pink was what they designed it with, they have done the one for the men's sites now, what you think both are on same page?
