How can I increase traffic and conversion rate?

Hi all,
I had a post here before, I have followed people's comments but my e-commerce is still not as good as I want it to be. The traffic is on average 20 visitors per day. I recently created a Exclusive Member Club this has attracted 40 subscribers within 2 weeks. The subscribers receive 10% off for a full year however no order has been placed. I need help to see what is going wrong with the site or business. I appreciate any comments, thanks

Alex the site is claude-celeste.com

what have you done so far?

added a blog?
facebook?
twitter?
articles?
pr?
keyword campaigns?
long tail seo with dot tel domains?

A little hard to comment or give advice without repeating something you may have already done..

Looking at your home page, it's not at all clear what the site is about, and what you're trying to do.

Do you supply shops? Are you a wholesaler or manufacturer? If not, why is Find Your Nearest Boutique? so prominent. If you are a supplier, visitors will assume you don't sell retail and leave.

Are you some kind of consulting company looking to hire people to sell your stuff? That's what Become a Representative seems to suggest.

Do you actually sell stuff on the website? Because if you do, you sure can't tell this from the home page. Anyone looking to buy soap would leave, assuming (rightly or wrongly) that you simply don't sell it retail, and that the website was for business customers or consultants.

You need to decide what 1 thing the website is about. It's an eCommerce site or it's not. If it's about 5 things, it's about nothing. Focus on 1 thing only, and leave the rest out for now, or put them somewhere else on the site.

If you want to sell soap, then show your visitors soap that they can buy. Straight away. On the home page.

If nobody is buying maybe it's because they don't like the products.

I'm looking at the Marseille lavender soap and there is nothing there to convince me your soap is any better then the ones I can get in Body Shop. I don't even know what is so special about Mareseille.

The homepage is still very poor. Most of it is taken up with an offer that ran out on 1st May.

Get the products on the homepage and sell them. Tell me why they are so good and so much better than the thousands of other soaps and gels on the market.

And change the font. It's too small and almost impossible the read the pale pastel colour.
