Your first hurdle to overcome is explaining the problem you fix for your target audience in language that will resonate with them, and be easy to understand. I've read your post twice and I don't know what you do, whether I would need your services, or what problems you can fix for my business - so as a prospective customer your opening message has lost me.

If you start writing your sales pitch in the language you want to use and not your customers, then you've failed. There is an amazing book on web development called 'Don't make me think,' and that logic applies to almost everything in marketing.

Why do I even need this? What value does blockchain add to any business?

I have no idea what this even means.

This is why marketing is still so hard, and something that despite some conflicting opinions of him, Steve Jobs did such a great job of. He identified the problem and then required the technology to fit around it. So many founders are the creators and still try to sell their technology and don't even think from their customers perspective.

No one cares what technology is used, no one cares if it is Blockchain, all they care about is what problem does this fix in my business (not someone else's business, mine!)

Thank you for your honest feedback! I appreciate your insight on making our message clearer.

Our company specializes in helping businesses leverage blockchain technology to solve specific challenges, such as enhancing data security, streamlining processes with smart contracts, and building scalable decentralized applications (dApps). For example, if you're looking to secure sensitive transactions, simplify supply chain operations, or create more transparent and tamper-proof data systems, we work alongside you to design custom solutions that align with your specific needs.

We aim to turn blockchain into a practical, growth-driven tool tailored to each client’s goals, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ll certainly take your advice on making our communication more straightforward. If you have any questions about how blockchain could address specific needs, I’d be happy to discuss it further!

Thanks for your question! I understand that blockchain can seem complex, so let me break down the value it brings to businesses.

Blockchain offers a secure and transparent way to manage data and transactions, making it ideal for industries that rely on trust and data accuracy, such as finance, supply chains, and healthcare. For instance, with blockchain, transactions can be recorded in a way that is nearly tamper-proof, which adds trust and reduces fraud. It also allows for automated processes through smart contracts, which can simplify and speed up agreements and payments, saving time and costs.

The reference to 'Antier CoPilot' and 'Web3 journey' is about our tailored support for businesses entering the Web3 space—a new, decentralized internet built on blockchain. With our CoPilot program, we guide businesses step-by-step, offering tools and expertise to create custom blockchain solutions that align with their specific goals.

    I don't think you've got it yet.

Unless you've identified a target audience who specifically wants a blockchain solution (in which case you are wasting effort on here) your message is just a wave of meaningless words and jargon.

To put @Ozzy's message in different words - until you have their full attention, the only thing on your prospect's mind is WIIFM?

In concise, plain English, why should I care about Blockchain and how will I benefit from your service

As @Mark T Jones says in his last reply, I don't think you're getting it yet. Was your reply written by ChatGPT, it looks like it was as it doesn't address the question nor does it talk in my language. You need to engage people as a human and talk about their challenges, do not mention the word 'blockchain' or anything technical about what you do. Just talk about the business challenge.

Thank you for your insight! I understand that our services may not resonate with everyone. We focus on helping businesses that are exploring or transitioning to blockchain technology, particularly in industries like finance, logistics, and healthcare.

However, we value feedback from all perspectives, as it helps us refine our approach. If you know of businesses or industries that might benefit from blockchain, we would appreciate any insights you could share. Our goal is to provide solutions that genuinely help organizations thrive, and understanding different viewpoints is essential in achieving that."

I appreciate your emphasis on engaging in a more human-centered way. It’s important for us to communicate effectively and address the real challenges businesses face.

I understand that avoiding technical jargon and focusing on practical business issues is crucial. I’ll take your advice and strive to better connect with our audience by discussing their needs directly.
