Hi all.

I work for a small business with three brands to manage. There are huge issues in terms of sales, marketing and content. Looking for professional feedback to improve our organic results.

E-commerce site for a wellness brand targetted at primarily ABC1, smokers of any demographic and students.

Website:
anticig dot com

What you think of the template?
Copy and images?
Story / User Journey?
Store?
Branding?
Overall design?

What does our E-commerce site lack and what could we improve?

Appreciated.

When I click on Store I am presented with a huge block of text which reads:

"Not from the UK?
...Wait a minute!

We only take orders from the UK at the moment. We know that sucks. Don't worry, you can request an international order directly with our friendly Sales team via PayPal."

Two problems. Firstly, I am in the UK. Secondly, I assume you display this to all users, not doing some geolocation jiggery-pokery and that I actually have to scroll right down the page to see the products.

I wonder how many UK-based customers you are losing because they are put off by the first message taking up the whole screen?

You are using the same junk godaddy site builder as you have for lashfactor.online.

Both of them are garbage. No point in reviewing anything because you can't change all the things that need fixing.

The pictures under THIS IS THE ANTICIG PROJECT #IAMANTICIG are so out of focus and poor quality. Please get these changes as they look dreadful! Alex
They are photoshop mockups - they aren't real products.

The site works very poorly on a mobile. The list of things that do not work on a smartphone is (as @fisicx says) too long to go into.

The images of people using your product are dreadful and of poor amateur standard. Some of them are so bad that one is tempted to assume that using your product makes one look ugly and go all pimply!

The site does not comply with the legal requirements for a commercial website. See what they are here - https://www.hallaminternet.com/inte...-legal-issues-affecting-you-and-your-website/

Just for starters, you need to tell people who you are (Entod Research Cell (UK) Limited) and a GDPR notice.

Sorry to have to be so negative, but, well - you did ask!

This, for me, is where any meaningful assessment starts and finishes.

The site is cheap. It doesn't do a great deal. It is not possible to fix it using that platform.
