It's not particularly hard to do your own. I remember doing one when I employed people. We ran holiday on an accrual basis and it worked really rather well.

A template tab, and then a tab for each employee. Enter an 'x' for each month worked and the days taken, and the spreadsheet adjusted the totals. We printed the summary for each employee monthly, so they knew days accrued, days taken and the balance.

I *might* be able to dig into archives and find it if you are stuck.

12Pay can calculate accrued holiday hours for variably entitled workers, based on hours worked @12.1% or any higher rate that you enter. It can also calculate the rate at which to pay those hours when taken, based on a weighted average of the last 12 weeks payments.

12Pay can also calculate accrued holidays for salaried staff who have a fixed annual entitlement (eg 28 days) where you enter the holidays that they've taken and as long as they don't exceed their entitlement they get paid their normal salary regardless.
