Thanks Steve and Chris,

Steve 1st
I decided to go in to recruitment because of the profit made in the field and it would help develop my communication and leadership skills plus you make great contacts.

The main problam right now is gaining new clients (people who need staff) and getting your staff to be more motivated
Chris

Dont realy do mutch programing, have done a little in the past at college, things like PASCAL and Assembly Code. Do a little HTML and CSS and trying to learn PHP. Tried Java once but didnt like it ,found it too hard to pick up. Programing is not realy my strong point, wish it was as can make good money being a programmer.

Most of my work is hardware/software repair which I find more fun anyway.

Chris.

Hi Magnum

The main problam right now is gaining new clients (people who need staff)

Let me ask you:

(1) Do you have clients right now? If so, why do they use you instead of your competitors?

(2) Why and when is it in their best interests to use you instead of your competitors?

(3) How do you convey the answer to (2) to your clients and potential clients?

If we knew this, there might be people here who have some ideas that would help you (including those who work in recruitment and those who use recruitment agencies).

Steve
