help!!

recently i had my website done by a forum member a error has occured and im trying to fix this problem!! i have emailed him and he will not answer or anything

i need to get onto my wordpress log in which seems he has changed the username and the password!!

ive also tried to change it via c panel but i can not find it anywhere!

can anyone shed some light on how i can do this?

Hi, can't remember exactly but try cpanel > phpAdmin

You should be able to find the table holding the login/user credentials and add/amend there.

Google 'reset Wordpress password using phpmyadmin'.

You can access phpmyadmin admin through your cpanel.

The process is very simple if you follow the instructions.

When you say you've been trying to reach him have you tried him by phone too? Do you have a contract with the designer you commissioned?

yes all i want to do is take 1 page off my wordpress and ive tried that phpmyadmin still cant get it to work

Are you sure the PW has been changed? Sometimes the WP login page can get redirected and you can't login for love nor money.

Make sure it reads: www.yourdomain.com/wp-login.php and try again.
