Help Please - Survey

Hi, We're currently conducting a consumer survey for our online website to try and help us determine whether or not our product range if suitable. I was wondering if you'd have a look at our survey and fill it in. It takes about 1 minute and there are 10 questions altogether.

On a completely unrelated note, we decided to use SurveyMonkey to conduct the survey. It's great. Simple to use. So I'd recommend it to you if surveys or questionnaires are something you are looking into.
