Help me get my network going

We have just moved(in the process) and we have no broadband yet at our new place, no phone line yet either, so its still a number of days away

I have bought a Huawei E5332 Mobile Wifi, basically its payg mobile internet.

I can plug it into a pc and get internet.
I can hook up other pcs to it via wifi, so they get internet.

But I can't get the internet on my work network, so our voip phones will not work.

Anyone any idea how I call get the internet on my work network, I have tried a network bridge but that didn't work

A wireless access point should solve this problem. Connect the access point to the mobile wifi. Connect it to your network. Point your PCs to it as the Gateway.

Assuming you're still a customer, give us a call 020 7043 5555 and ask for a bit of help with your network, they'll normally just do get stuck in but if they quibble tell them Colin said it's ok.

Thanks, am still customer, had reason to use technical support last week, our modem suddenly started rejecting calls, very strange, Sean was very puzzled and helpfull

A wharehouse move must be a big thing for you - I can imagine you crating up elvis costumes and wizard hats. But the conversations about where to put the plastic dog sh1t and fart cushions must be quite amusing - but I suppose you're over all that by now....
