Does anyone know this company?

<<Company name, address, and contact information edited out by mod>>

This company own us more than 2000 dollars,no calls,no emails, the owner is Jon or Steve,we shipped the goods two months ago, they promised to pay the payment very soon, but we get nothing till now.

What should i do now?I really feel depressed.Could you give me some advice? Thanks in advance!

Firstly, you should be very careful about putting their name and company details on a public forum.

What action have you taken so far? Have you actually picked up the phone and spoke to them or has correspondance been purely by email?

Wrapping this up- the other thread received the following post before the whole thread was deleted

*It is totally inappropriate for you guys to hang this person/company out to dry under these circumstances.* All of these personal details should be removed forthwith. It is not for us to judge whether a debt exists based on the original post.

Can't you see the damage you could do to this company based on what someone we know nothing about has said? How would you like to see your name and personal details spread all over the Internet in this way?*

Point taken... I should have PM'd the director's name rather than posting it- in my defence it is in the public domain, but I am not privy to the full story and therefore have to accept that the complaint is absolutely correct and valid.

My apologies.

I have no reason to doubt that the OP is telling the truth and therefore wish her luck in recovering her money.

End.

Thanks for your reply. It is just hard to imagine that you deleted my thread without any warning,i know that you do not care about this thing, but i think i need to tell more truth, the owner of this company told me that they were processing the payment more than two months ago, before i sent the goods out,i sent him an email to ask if he had paid the payment,he told me "Yes",so we sent the goods out,but we got nothing till now,i called him many times, the person who picked up the phon always said that Jon was not in,i have only once to get through to Jon,he told me that he will pay asap, but we still haven't got the payment to date.I sent him many many emails, but there was no reply. In my opinion,he is a thorough cheater, why can't i post a cheater here? Can you see the damage he do to me?I just an employee in our company,i will be fired if he do not pay the payment.

We don't care if our name and personal details spread all over the Internet in this way, cause we never treat our customers in that way.I have no choice cause i can't not fly to UK just for more than 2000 dollars, but no matter what happens,i will never give up.

Candy.....no-one is denying what you are saying but it is not good business practice to slander other companies on an open public forum. In all fairness, goods shouldn't have been dispatched to a company without prior payment.....not just on their say so. Was this just an error of judgement on your part or is this how your company normally does business?

There are a few member on here that may be able to help, try to contact Steve Thornbury on here - he *may* be able to help you.

Slander? How can you say i slandered him?If i slander him and his company,he should contact me when the police attened his company yesterday,he assured the police that the payment will be made, but when?till we die?He swallowed their words many times,i have lost faith in him.I agree with you,i shouldn't disatch the goods to him before receiving payment,i treated him as our regular customer, tried our best to complete urgent orders for him, gave him discount, but now it seems that i am positive fool.I made an error of judgement, but that does not mean they can cop out of the responsibility.May be there is no trust in business,i should be sternly cool and unmoved, when my customer tell me that he or she has urgent order and ask me to start production first,i will say "no"!

Sorry, I'm confused, why were the police attending over unpaid money?

Yes,i contacted with their local police station, the police told me that they would help me to contact that company,i feel surprise that you don't know what can the police do in your country.I have no time to make up a story,i just want to get the problem off my chest,i feel so down in these days, but it seems that there is no one to whom i could talk. But i don't care about what you think.
