New here hoping for some advice I am a professional handler and owner of a grooming shop. I travel all over the US and Europe for dogs and shows. I have found the most adorable grooming shop for sale in London. After countless hours of research I still can't figure out if I can buy and work this shop part time. What to do? Any advice? I would love to buy this shop work it part time and have good employees running it when I'm gone

Believe in yourself, as you already have experience in one glooming shop. Find the right person with loyalty and experience is also critical for making this decision. I will advice you the find the right person before you buy the shop.

By the way, you can also do more promotion online specifically to your target customer through Facebook and twitter etc. These media can really help you to promote and expend your business cost-effectively.

Good luck to you, All I would say is check check and double check if you take on a member of staff which you dont know and you are going to leave them incharge of the shop.

Unfortunaly in these times not everyone can be trusted even if they have a glowing C.V.

Thank you everyone. I clearly understand the employee issue. I just went through four months of court with a former employee. Awful!!! Plus my full-time residence is in the US. That makes it even harder. I'm hopeful I can make it all work
