My name is Mike and I live in sunny Hastings in the UK with my wife Alison, a 15-year-old son Daniel and a mad weimaraner called Lady.
I am a stressed-out "finance guru" :smile: who is looking to enjoy working again by helping others to achieve their goals. Cheesy, I know, but I haven't finished my therapy yet (will I ever?).
My personal objective is to provide personal support to charities and other groups to raise much needed funds. If you are interested in a unique way of raising funds for a favourite cause, look no further and please get in touch.
I am also providing free financial advice to local groups, charities and businesses. It is challenging these days to convince people that they can have something for nothing. I guess we are all getting far too cynical. I don't know everything about finance, who does, but I have a lot of experience in business planning and my specialised subject is common sense.
If you, or somebody you know would like some free impartial financial advice, please let me know.
I am looking forward to getting involved in the forums, sharing experiences and I would like to make some new friends, even though I am an accountant. :tongue:
