Hey everyone,

I am a sales professional, with 6 years of experience of building high-performing telesales teams. I want to bring what I've learnt from other industries, and am looking to partner with someone who has a course, or wants to start one. No scams, or get rich quick courses - but anything that can provide entrepreneurs, or future entrepreneurs with genuine skills, particularly in the remote work world.

If this is you, let's connect and discuss this opportunity.

    Welcome to UKBF!

When you say you're looking to partner with someone, what is your definition of a partnership in this context? What will you be expecting from the other party and what can the other party expect from you?

Thank you for the welcome, and I hope I can make things a little clearler with the reply. My skills lie in building large-scale scales teams. I am looking for someone who either has an existing course, or wishes to develop one, with the intention of me building up the sales for them. I do not require anything from the partner except for the ability to sell their course, and of course for them to run it successfully. My side would be to develop a process, and then a team, to sell this at scale, from marketing and lead generation, through to tele-sales closing.

I would look to work on some kind of commission basis, yes. Either just for the sales, with the course owner willing to commit to some kind of marketing budget (if they are not already doing so), or a higher % offered but I would also then take on the costs of all marketing also.

Either way, I am not looking to take any money up-front for this, only based on sales.

The eventual idea would be to offer other courses also, including practical skills such as web design, copywriting, life coaching etc. which people can learn in order to open their own remote business. We would then look to offer marketing and sales services to these new business owners. I am open to also finding someone who has an existing course, and sees the value of this idea and wishes to partner on the overall business vision, too. However, this would still start from their course, in order to develop the processes and initial team.

What sort of course would you expect an author to use a sales team for?

    Hi Dan,
I'm happy to have a discussion with you to see if we could potentially partner up.

    Why a course ?
Honestly I am open to all kinds of opportunites - my skillset and passion lies in building sales teams and processes, as I mentioned.

However, to answer your question: B2C is my forte, and courses fit well into this.
The digital nature of courses has a lot of advantages when it comes to the overall business.
And to hire and maintain a high quality sales team, you need to make sure they can get paid. Again, because of the low overhead when it comes to courses, it means that you can offer good commission incentives to salespeople.
