Has anyone used universal transaction processing (UTP)

I am looking at Merchants and Gateway partners at the moment and UTP seem to be the cheapest out there. Does anyone have any experience using them? Is it a case of you get what you pay for or are they a safe bet?

When you say UTP seem to be the 'cheapest out there' is this based on quotes you have had from them versus several providers? Looking at their website I get a 404 error whilst trying to reach their 'Competitive Rates' section.

What makes you say that? Do not only look at the headline rate, but also monthly charges, transaction charges etc.

Why not post what they have quoted and lets get a discussion going!
