We want to remove "stay safe".
Any idea's of what could go there, something that the consumer would first read and think "i'm keeping this"
Thanks
Steve
Nothing.
It's a small space and there's only so much you can do with it.
If you think people will take orders from an unsuported/unproven statement by a website they've never heard of and have no reason to trust, then I think you're understimating their intelligence.
If you want to make a case for why they should listen to you, you're going to need a lot more space/copy.
Just my 2p,
Steve
It states on the website:
You must provide us with the following:
Proof of Business Acc, Proof of Trading Time, Proof of Address, Proof of Public Liability Insurance, Proof of any trade association membership and three references.
Its a growing concern, everyone starts from scratch, so if i stick to what i am doing, the consumer sees this, then over time it will not be as you have stated. (possibly)
Don't like the verified bit either
Haha, made me laugh, your right if its regarding electricians or heating engineers i suppose!"Use it or die"
That's quite hard hitting...
BTW - did 'Steve' get out the wrong side of bed today or something. He's ripping into a few posts today I notice! Deep breathe and all that.
Neither do I. Verified by whom exactly? Looks like a con before anyone gets any further.

You're thinking about yourself.
So STOP doing that.
And get inside your customer's mind.
Think what they want instead.
VIP is just ridiculous.
I still cant see how you can claim to find people honest/reliable tradesmen. Though you should infer that's what you mean, I don't think your wording should give way to such a specific claim.
