Hey everyone, im hoping someone maybe able to help me.
I am looking into selling hand dyed clothing (mostly children's items).
I will not be making these items, I will be buying pre made garments and hand dyeing them.
I use a fiber reactive cold water dye.
I've been trying to look into the regulations regarding this but I haven't found a definitive answer!
The garment's would come to be in a tested ready to be sold state. However my hand dying them alters the product so I'm unsure on whether I need to have them safety tested or something?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Once I have figured this out I can look into insurance etc
