Hampton Lovett Legal??

Hi there.

Has anybody had any success with Hampton Lovett Legal?. They said they can get my rates reduced but I needed to pay over £1500 upfront.

I missed the deadline they set to pay and now want to take court action, ccj and debt recovery for a service ive not even had or started yet.

google and trust pilot reviews are full of scam warning posts.

I just wanted to see what people's experiences were.

If not what can I do to take this company for a ride too. Can I send them a £1500 bill for attending my property and spending 40 minutes with me of my time.

What have you signed/agreed to?

What have they done to meet their part of the contract?

These details matter.

That said, given the consistently bad reviews, I'd suggest it's unlikely they will go through the whole court process - though they will certainly make plenty of threats to do so.

Unfortunately the devil is always going to be in the detail what did you sign, what does it say in the contract / terms and conditions.

As mentioned, it is all down to what you agreed to/contract signed..

Apologies, but I'm locking this thread.

I'm afraid that UKBF simply isn't the platform for two parties to publicly discuss ongoing employment disputes.

I'd advise taking this offline if the two parties still want to discuss this.
