Hello,
I'm looking for a grant, so I can open a food restaurant in Birmingham, West Midlands, UK.
Anyone could point me in the right direction?
I'm fairly tech savvy, but cannot find anything to get started, up & running.
I'd like to rent/buy a shop and cook/serve the food.

A step by step guide would be great.

@rthur, welcome to UKBF

Have you even worked in or run a food restaurant before?
Do you have a business plan?
How much are you investing yourself?

    As above you need to get all your "ducks" in a row first, have a read here as may give you some pointers

    "Small business owners, including restaurant owners, can apply for grants through the SBA. The organization also administers loan programs to help startups secure financing. Head over to SBA.gov or visit a local SBA office to find out more. Ideally, talk to a representative in person".

    This is a U.S. organization for U.S. businesses. (Not much help for me)

    Jeez - can you actually luster to that?

    I got to 5 minutes which consistent entirely of finding ways to say you don't need money to make money.

    Reality, some businesses can be started with little or no investment, others require capital

    My firm belief you can start any business with little or no money.

    There's a restaurant specific one, second to last in this list...
