Google Reader shutting down

Last night, Google announced that they'll be closing their RSS service, Google Reader on July 1st.

While I have it set up mostly for personal use, a lot of the outcry is coming from people who use it regularly for work and face major disruption as a result. Of course, Reader isn't the only feed aggregator but, as a Google product, it's one that a huge amount of people have come to rely on. Have you been affected by it?

I've also been looking through alternative solutions ahead of the Summer shut down and am testing out Feedly for now. What services do you recommend for personal / business use?

i know google reader was too useful but unfortunately it was going to be close but there are some good alternatives for google reader

90k petitioners at the given moment, not too bad, but I don't really think Google will cancel its decision. Google is Google, so I'm starting to get comfortable with Feedly now
