Google Analytics Not Working

I have put in the UA-XXXXXXXX-X code into the Account Number Google Analytics box within Magento.

On Google Analytics the status is "Receiving Data". However, for the past day or two it has just said 5 biews. The site has just gone live, however I know for a fact more people have viewed it than 5 from some dodgy links. I have given direct links out for example.

Does anyone know the cause of this problem?

How long have you been setup on Analytics?

I have about 10 websites with WebMaster Tools I don't know whether it's a similar setup, but it took me a month or two on some sites to get all the facts/figures in before I could fully utilise the system.

Have you managed to sort this issue out now?

People block cookies. If they do you then GA won't pick up the visit.

If GA is reporting visits then they are the only one's it is tracking.
