Hi guys
I am a software developer and looking to setup a global company and trademark and have no clue on how to go about it

I have registered the uk company today and setting up banking, PayPal etc

I have also registered the domain names

How do I go about registering in all the G7 countries and globally ? Or at least reserving the brand/name in other countries

Many thanks

E

Why do you need global anything? As a software developer you just need to market your services and clients from around the world will get in contact.

Not ever sure why you think you a trademark.

I think, working globally is not the same as registering globally. I am not sure if your business is connected to software development, but the best example for you would be outstaffing companies that hire offshore developers all over the world. They usually are registered within one country, but they sign contracts with their workers, wherever they are located, and work successfully worldwide. We are an outstaffing agency Talmatic and our headquarters are in Ireland. But our staff is located in Europe and our clients are distributed globally. Nowadays you need to be present on the Internet to work globally and not on tax registers of different countries. However, if the question is about money - you'd better research what locations would be the best for your business model.
