Use the process that comes with whatever ****** platform you are using. They all have a process. Usually to sell in exchange for a fiat currency. Expect to lose out on the transfer.

im getting paid in usdc, but i have accounts on most major exchanges. all of them seem to have different fees.

but from what ive read some backs are funny about certain exchanges so i dont want to risk getting my bank closed as a result
