Is there any precedence on this forum for paid members being banned? Aren't their implications of 'frustration of contract' if you ban someone who has paid for a service?

I am just giving my PERSONAL opinion here, but Yes paid members have been banned previously. Regardless of membership level, the contract states that members agree to post within the rules, and accept the sanctions of posting outside of them.

The original contract breach would have been posting outside of the rules, so no problem really.
