There aren't any that I've ever come across that will run on a PC. There is SQL-Ledger, but that needs to run on a *nix server. One of the members here was toying with idea of setting this up for clients, but although Opensource software, that service would not be free.

But why economise on the most important information your business has? I would concentrate on how good the software is.

I'm going to look into Kashflow too. I've been using other commercial software but I need to upgrade it because I've been using a really old version. Rather than pay for the newest version I think I will check out the free options available. A lot of people seem to like Kashflow so I'll definitely check that one out. :)

This is a free cashbook software.

Very good for small business with simple affairs. We use if for our accounts (we run a small company) and is very happy with it. It is based on Excel but so much easier than using Excel. Very easy to reconcile with bank statements and to correct errors.
