If you’re investing a lot of money in a franchise business I would suggest the last thing you want is low budget / cheap legal advice. Skimp on the detail here and you could come to regret it. On the plus side at least you’re looking for legal advice there’s many a thread on this forum where people wished they had, best of luck with what sounds like a new exciting venture.

Its not just about quality versus price. For example, I work at a comparatively low fee rate but that's because I have retired from running a practice but still do occasional document based legal work , separate from my mediation work, working from home with no staff (with the additional benefit that the client has my personal attention at all times). I, therefore, have minimal overheads enabling me to work at a much lower rate than firms with offices and staff to cover out of fees.

I have experience in both drafting franchise agreements including drafting due diligence questions to help assess risk and negotiating on behalf of unhappy franchisees.

Usually, 'cheap and good' do not go together...You get what you pay for.
