Fluted plastic sheet cut to profiles

I'm finding very difficult to find a business that will supply flat 4mm fluted polyethylene sheet cut to a particular profile . This is the type of plastic that is used for estate agents signs.

Aside from cutting i need fold lines to be formed so as to make assembly into a 3D shape easier.

The profile will have tabs that interlock into slots in the sides and top when the sheet is folded to form a rigid box shape.

Has any one know of a suitable supplier?

Have you made a prototype using this material?

It’s not really designed to be folded which is why you can’t find someone to do the work.

I had a similar project some time ago. While I could get die-cut shapes cut, fold lines were a step too far as the suppliers didn't have the tooling for this. I got around the fold line cuts with a hand tool bought from a craft shop. The tool had a depth adjustable, 45 degree mitre cut blade which worked really well. Not suitable for large quantities though.

There are plenty of companies around who supply sheet cut to size but folding is whole different matter as mentioned above. Can you explain in more detail what your trying to achieve re the estate agent sign are these signs for houses or shop front etc can't picture what you mean

I like the idea of the 45 degree tool for doing my prototypes. So far I have done mock ups in cardboard so the next stage is Correx .
