Fixed fee mediator/Arbitration

Hi,

I am researching a business idea I have however in the event of a dispute i want to offer the option to us a mediator or arbitration to resolve the dispute.

As it is not in the businesses interest to have the dispute prolonged i was looking for existing business that provide a fixed fee serivce for this that will be recovered from the users and we pass to the service provider once dispute is resolved or forward to the courts.

When a dispute arises I was looking to collect the information required and forward it to the serivce provider.

Does anyone offer a service like this or may be able to point me in the write direction?
