Finding who owns a company

Morning I am trying to find out who owns a company - they are not limited and do not appear on companies house, it is a business which has been running for 60 years, but cannot find who owns it?

You could try just calling them up and asking, What sort of company do you think its is then if not LTD

i would guess sole trader or partnership

3 sets of books, 1 for the bank manager, 1 for the tax man and the real set

Yes and if anything like around here all the farms seem to be owned by Lord Rayleigh

The Farmer could be employed by a company who lease the land from someone else who is part of an overseas shell company.
