I got a message to say i had to download another plugin for cache as the one i had was being taken down. I downloaded one but then got another message saying it was not compatible with another plugin, i was in the process of deleting plugin when it threw me out of Wordpress and my website disappeared. I cannot log into Wordpress now and just get this message Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_cache_get() in /var/sites/c/carpetcleaningmorecambe. co. uk/public_html/wp-includes/option.php on line 1117

Does anyone know what i can do please?

It should be a pretty quick fix to get that wordpress working again, but you would need access to FTP, the hosting control panel or something like PHPmyadmin to access the database.

Can you contact the host directly? They could probably fix it for you too.

It's fixed. It was a dodgy cache plugin. I deleted the thing and all is ok once more.

Did you not read the thread @David Stephan? This was fixed a month ago. There is rarely a need to reinstall Wordpress. And it wouldn't have fixed the problem as it was a dodgy plugin causing the error.
