Facebook Business Account help

Hi. My partner and I have an online subscription business and wanted to advertise on Facebook. I created a page for the business but apparently I should have created a business account first and then the page. My partner has made a business account but it is restricted before we got to step 2 ! Is there any way I can merge my page with his account? thanks

Nope. You create a business page via your personal account.

They are separate entities.

Maybe you got restricted because you set up a second account, which is what spammers and charlatans do!
