Try it and see. Getting your targeting right is key. Show the ads to the wrong people and you will be wasting your money. But the site needs a lot of work first as we have discussed.

Is Facebook Ads effective and does it translate into monetary transactions
I've only used it once to run an offer in December just gone.

I plainly didn't use it correctly/well because it suggested there could be over a thousand impressions and there were tens.

And I had inadvertently set the advert to run monthly, so watch out for that.

I like the website advice in the link in your sig.

What you should have done is determine the purpose of the site, sorted out a marketing plan, organised the content, set up the calls to action and right at the very end worried about what it would look like.

It mirrors my own feelings and now my own experience after having our homebuilt site redesigned after being told it was rubbish but not seeing an increase in sales.

Thanks Graham I really appreciate your advice I’ll call you tomorrow and arrange a handover so you can get it fixed.
