Hi folks, I'm reposting this in here as I didn't get any replies in the iT section.
We have been looking at Unleashed and Vend but they both seem to have the same drawback in that they won't let you add stock manually, you have to create a purchase order in the system and then receive it to add the stock.
We order all stock by telephone, we find it much quicker than trying to sit creating purchase orders and our current system (Quickbooks desktop) lets us stock adjust without a problem.
So we need a system that will do this, be cloud based, 10k products, multi user (5 or 6 preferably) where maybe 2 will be doing sales on the counter and 2 or 3 can be booking stock in or out in the office, and it has to be something that you don't need an IT degree to use.
I'd be grateful for any suggestions, oh yes, a free trial would be good.

JustTouchPOS can handle the 10k+ products for retail, multi concurrent users (front counter and back-office) and we have both formal purchase order and goods inwards or our "Simple Stock" feature where you can key in directly in seconds.

We are not a cloud based system though, all stored locally on your system but this is surely a benefit when you are looking at that many product lines/SKU.

Also you purchase the software/hardware outright so you in full control.

our systems allow you to add stock manually and also perfect for a sales environment as we specialise in putting systems into retail units. We have also supplied cash and carry's with our systems which I would imagine are the same sorts of stock volumes.

and all of the data and reports can be exported to spread sheets or databases.

I would be happy to just discuss the options with you to tell you more about what we do.
