Up till this point we have only used subcontractors, as we are growing we are looking to take on a apprentice and most likely another member of staff in the very near future. Was looking for recommendations of who to use to write up an employee hand book / employment contract? Thanks

I have an HR Consultancy client who is looking for people to test their new HR template site. That has contract templates on it for subcontractors (also need paperwork by the way) and employees. If you do the test for them they give you 6 months free access. No strings.

Sounds awful - there are plenty of free templates available online, but they're pretty useless.

What test would we have to do?
