Employment Agency business Plan Template

Hi guys,

Does anyone know where i can download a free Employment agency Business Plan, There are loads of bog standard plans but none that i could find that are employment agency specific.

I have an idea which could take off as i have found a niche employment sector and have already several interested Companies & Employees.

Just need a decent business plan to open my Business Bank account.

I wouldn't say there is an Employment Agency business plan template.
If you have the experience and knowledge in this area then you should be able to write it yourself
It's not just about opening an agency and an account, running an employment agency involves a lot more than that, you will need to understand various legislations etc for starters.

You don't need one! Not for a business bank account anyway! Unless you are asking for finance too.

I have opened 3 busness bank accounts (LloydsTSB, Barclays - never actually opened it in the end as they were a nightmare and Santander) and never been asked for one.

I do have one though! lol

Any business plan template will be useless, the whole point of the BP is that it is specific to your business. Its fine to use standard headings, but the detail must come from your knowledge of the business.

May be able to help, which sector of employment do you want (blue collar; commercial; building; driving; healthcare; teaching etc.) and is it for permanent placements or temporary staffing?

Any business plan template will be useless, the whole point of the BP is that it is specific to your business. Its fine to use standard headings, but the detail must come from your knowledge of the business.

But what i wanted was a template to show what to include, i can write about this particular business 'till the cows come home but its the content that required that i'm after

Mainly Metals, Maunfacturing Engineering, Positions like Welders, Metal Machine Operators, CNC Machine operators, Stetters. Fabricators and the such.

I have a Contract to supply an engineering company with MY services, now they want more temporary workers for the next 6 months, so Ideally i would like to set up as a Employment Business/ Agency to recruit and employ extra staff. I also have another Engineering Company who has show some interest, as this particular Idea is just Engineering based, there is bound to be more specific enquiries.

I have Employed staff before (PAYE & self employed) so thats not an issue, I just wanted to set up a business plan, so when i go to the bank, i can go prepared, i'm not after finance, But i do want to open a business account with a new different bank, than the one i'm using now.

Any ideas would be very welcomed, but i'm not going into this blind i've done my research and sourced some temporary workers already, just need to know about the business plan content, what is included and anything else which i may of overlooked in setting up an agency
