Which free email template provider would you recommend?

I would recommend Mailchimp too, very easy to use, lots of templates and as Helen says above they offer automation for free now too, and APIs to link to many CRM's as you scale up. Best of all it's free!

If of course you are happy have their signature added to all your emails.

If you want to be professional mailchimp isn't free.

I used many tools like SendInBlue, Benchmarkemail or Reachmail but for me the best is Mailchimp.

I have used Mailchimp and Act/Swiftpage, both have a good selection of templates.

As has been mentioned here, you could try mailchimp. I think it will meet your expectations especially when it comes to templates. They have a free version. But if you don't want their signature on each email you send, you could go with the paid option. It's affordable.
