I use MailChimp which is free up to 2,000 sign ups. Aweber and Constant Contact are two other good, paid for options (CC has a free trial period and Aweber charges $1 for their trial period)

A heads up for Constant Contact - they kept ringing me and it put me off - I deactivated my account as I hate being cold called!)

I can vouch for Mail Chimp, I have used them for 6 months now on a large scale and very happy with their service and systems.

My company uses mailchimp as well. I've read something on email-marketing-options.com about it. Take a look, it might help:

Mailchimp

  • Allows unsubscribers to fill out feedback form
  • Allows you to create an A/B test campaign
  • Pricing by number of emails and by number of contacts is available
  • Offers Google Analytics integration
Cons

  • Does not have telephone customer support

So, what do you think?

Anyone know of any good email marketing software? For windows or Cpanel? Or company maybe?

Our company offers email marketing services and since you're looking for an email marketing software, we can help you with that. We use STEALTH MTA SYSTEM that allows you to add up to 32 IPs per cluster. It also includes IP Rotator that reduces your chance of being blacklisted. PM me if you're interested.

Never use your own I.P's - it is a certainty that you will end up being blacklisted. Sending of email marketing broadcasts form your own I.P is also generally prohibited by most ISP & ESP's, your Internet service provider will block your access if you are in breach of this.

Always use a self contained service, where your email broadcasts are sent using the service provider's I.P, the emails will still be from you - but not through your server; much safer!

Just throwing in another option - if you use ACT by Sage to manage your contact list then this has an integrated E-marketing system, which means the open and clicks data is imported back into your records.

The system ACT! uses is actually the Swiftpage system rebadged - Swiftpage can also be used stand alone - and I have a link for a 60 day free trial if anyone is interested.
