Email Client/System With Social Media Messaging

I am sure that this isn't rocket science, but is anyone aware of an email system/client/plugins where you can see your SM feed/messages from contacts all in one place.

I know things like Hubspot can possibly do this, but surely there is a more mass market demand/need for something like this?
