Electrical thermoplastic manufacturing Chinese companies needed

Hi guys

I am looking for some help in this area. I am very new to this business and I am working on a product to bring to the UK market. It is in the electrical components industry. I have worked on my product for a while and finalised the design and prototyping with a 3d printer. I now need to go out and seek some manufacturers in the cheapest place possible. I would like to get full quotes for manufacturing in volume, shipping, customs etc.

What is the best way to proceed with this?

Once again, I am very new to this. I will need a lot of guidance with the full manufacturing process. Willing to go to China too. Which areas should I concentrate on?

Have you tried Alibaba.com They are one of the biggest website for Chinese manufacturers.

I know that most goods come from China these days but if I ,as a consumer, go to buy a plug or suchlike, I would avoid a Chinese one if I could. I really would not trust them from a safety angle.

You'd be lucky to find one that isn't made in China nowadays!
