Due to privacy reasons I cannot open a Ltd company under my name. I read on this forum that the only alternative is an Offshore company. Do you have any name and country to recommend me? I have a Shopify ecommerce ready to sell in the US with a warehouse. But due to new regulations in the US and for a POA, US Bond and DDP shipments I cannot run is as sole trader.
For offshore were would you recommend to go?
I still have my day job Monday to Friday...

Thank you

You get someone else to create the company and take on the role of director.

As you plan to trade in the US that might be a good place to begin. Could the warehouse manager be the company owner?

There is very little you can do if you can’t open a company in your name.

Forget offshore, unless your income is in the millions.

This may be a business that's not going to work out for you.

I am looking at opening an LLC in Delaware. There is Privacy of my name and it could be enough under the new regulation. Will contact UPS on this on Monday. Unless anyone on this forum has an US LLC and could tell us a bit more on how it is when based in the UK.

Only person I know who did this said it wasn’t cheap. Because you will need to use an agent there are ongoing fees that can be hundreds of dollars per year.

Hopefully you succeed so the costs can be absorbed.
