Dummy question: Excel addresses onto Envelopes/ labels

Really simple one, I hope!

I am doing a mail-out to folk on my database (in Excel, each person has one row, each line of data in fields A,B,C, etc)

How do I turn this into printed envelopes? :|

Secondly, in case my printer hates the concept of printing onto envelopes, how do I turn said database into a sheet of labels to stick on envelopes?

Wouldn't you be better to paste them in Word and do a mailmerge?

oh and you can adjust the settings in word to do labels (which would probably be the easier option)

Hi Jenni,

You do this as a mail merge in Word. You select an excel spreadsheet as your data source. You can also print to a page full of labels.

The process of doing it is different for different versions of Word.

If you go in Word and look for help on Mail Merge you will be well on your way!

They are all blank. I've specified everything correct as far as I can tell, but it's not importing the addresses. Any ideas?

But it didn't work.
It doesn't work with labels or envelopes.
It can see all the data in the spreadsheet, so not sure what it thinks it's doing!
