Hello All.

I am new to this site and just wanted to opinions from people on this forum.
I'm looking into buying a dry cleaning business. Can anyone tell me if this is a business worth investing in or anyone out there that already own one or more and recommends purchasing one. Any thoughts/advice would be most welcome.

Thank you

I use dry cleaners for suits, my mum uses them for dresses so there is definately the need.

But as for whether the business you are talking about is worth it or not you have to think about where it is based. If its in an area where the majority of people are on benefits then probably not.

But its like any business, what are the expenses, what is the income based on that is it worth the price?
Can you increase the profit by cutting costs or increase the amount of business coming in and making more money that way?

It's not particularly me that you need to win over. I am an avid support of small town centre businesses, and try to use whereever possible over the supermarkets.

However, it comes down to normal consumer behaviour. And unfortunately, the reason that so many dry cleaner companies went to the wall because the great british consumer does like to get everything done in one go, at 7pm at night, once a week in a great one stop shop.
