    Got to say I barely come on nowadays. The forum has become so stripped back of everything I used to find useful, that it really isnt worth contributing any more.

    I'm a paid member, and have been for 10+ years. Yet I can't post a message anymore in the private forums without further upgading.

    Straw / camel / back this afternoon when I put a post up asking for some feedback on a tool we have developed, and the post is deleted for 'advertsing'.... which it clearly wasnt.

    Anyway, thats my feedback... take it or leave it :)

    Says you are a free member not a paid up full member. Might be worth sending a message to @Ozzy to check on this.

    urgh I have no idea why that would be;

    Looking back at my messages...I mentioned it to Ozzy that my membership wasn't renewing and he said;

    "Don’t suppose you could drop an email to [email protected]
    My colleague will take a look."

    I sent the question via email but never got a reply.

    I can see your paid membership was extended from May until June, and then finally expired in June.
    I cannot see a DM conversation you mention, but that isn't surprising as I have to clear them out often. My colleagues are searching now to see if they can trace an email from you, but the crux is that you are on free membership. I cannot recall what may have caused your membership to not renew above, but we have recently switched to Stripe as many had issues with PayPal - maybe try again now?

    Hello @makeusvisible,

    Upon reviewing our support ticket database, I found only one ticket associated with your account, dating back to December of last year. It appears that this particular ticket was successfully resolved, involving a series of email exchanges where we explained the changes to the forum memberships. If you have raised additional tickets since then, we are unable to locate them using your username. If you need further support on this matter, please create a new ticket by contacting us at [email protected].

    We have released some great updates with our forum over the last 12 months. If you are considering becoming a business member again we are currently running a discount on our annual membership to celebrate UKBF's 20th year running! Please see our member benefits here: https://www.ukbusinessforums.co.uk/account/upgrades/
