I wanted to know if fellow business owners are using sales and marketing automation tools. For example, an automated text message that confirms bookings, sales, updates, offers etc.

I use some software for data entry automation, basically email and text data get entered automatically into a spreadsheet, saving myself several hours doing it by hand.

It can also reverse the process, using the database com to send out emails and sms automatically. All very basic stuff in the grand scheme of things, but it gives myself two extra days a week in saved time.
