I have just started out as a sole trader as a sports coach and I am looking to run some school holiday camps.

To do this I will have 2 other self employed coaches helping me for about 10 days a year.

Do I need to register for PAYE?

Or can the 2 other coaches just invoice me for the hours they work and i pay there invoice and they deal with there own tax requirements?

Any help or direction would be appreciated.

If the other 2 coaches are actually employed by you, then yes you must register for PAYE. If they are genunely self employed coaches in accordance with the law, then no.

You will need to see a solicitor to get advice on your companies protection, 99.9% of adult-children relations ships are professional but that .1% is the potential problem.sad but true
