hi guys, this is my first time here. I don't know if I need a food liscense if I am importing cardamom from India about 10kg to England to sell in corner shops. the packaging is done in India aswell.
You probably do not need a licence (check the .gov site) but you will probably need phytosanitary certification.
Also, please be careful before jumping into this project. Too many people see 'cheap' things abroad, however, when you add in shipping, taxes, packaging, logistics etc, the opportunity disappears.
Also, not many corner shops will buy a couple bags of one product from one small company. That is inconvenient and they only like convenience!
