If I click disavow on this:

Am I right in thinking it will ask me to upload a txt file of links I want removed? Its not going ot remove all of my links good and bad?

First time I have done it and I am a bit nervous.

That's correct, this will give you the option to upload a txt file of domains or URL's you would like to disavow. You need to save the txt in a certain format as well.

Disavow can be a bit nerve-wracking. Make sure the links you are planning to disavow are really spammy and offer users no benefit at all first. If in doubt it's generally best not to disavow. All websites pick up links from spammy sites over the course of time and in general you will not be penalised for this.
