I want to know what is the difference meaning between Director salary and Director fee?

No problem it is just that we are all gentlemen & gentle ladies of fine repute on here and we are never - never rude to anyone. Honestly.
Seriously. I don't think there is no definative answer to your question. You might want to consider this however.
A working director usually receives an annual 'salary'.
A non-executive director however who advises the company on certain issues now and then may receive an annual fee.
