Sorry can't help with 'custom' shapes. All I can think of is Hobbycraft which have loads of hole punches in all sorts of shapes and sizes eg. flowers, hearts, dolphins, stars. They also sell the Sizzix system which die cut punches in all sorts of shapes for card making. Try them.
I think you need one of these rather than a "hole puncher"
The Graphtec Craft Robo allows you to both print and cut card, paper, vinyls, decal material and more. It is superb for producing greetings cards, for scrapbooking and making stickers. The Craft Robo also has the ability to score as well as cut so is ideal for cutting templates which can be folded in three dimensional item such as toys and gift boxes. The pentagonal gift box illustrated above was printed in a standard inkjet printer and then cut using the Craft Robo.
